Led from the front by Mike Osman, Mike Huston, Mike Osborne and Katie James, the Great British Radio team brings together over 100 years of radio experience between them, ensuring listeners are getting the best of the best.

As a station that is truly unique, Great British Radio propositions its programming as feel-good entertainment, only playing good news, sprinkled with comedy and a cracking playlist.

Great British Radio started life in 2021 when Mike Osman and Kevin King (two radio geniuses by the way!) decided they wanted to embark on a new journey in radio. They built the team to include more radio greats like Mike Huston and Mike Osborne and secured a national DAB+ licence in November 2023, just over two years since the station began (we know, we can’t believe it either!).

Filled with laughter, guests that include some of the nation’s greatest celebrities and some of the most interesting stories from the most interesting people, set to an ever-updating playlist, the station is like nothing else on air.
